Harvey is stuck in a backwater town working at the local bowling alley to take care of his drunk deadbeat Mom. Life is made worse by his growing resentment towards his fellow residents. After a mental breakdown, Harvey awakes to find John Snyder, who made Harvey's life hell for years, now reported missing and the only link is a photo of him bleeding out on Harvey's camera.
